In today's world tea and coffee are considered to be part of our medication. As they're used as medicine against headache etc. There'll be no family at all who's not been away of it. As coffee boost our metabolism and energized us to compete our tough routines. Socially, both tea & coffee are also considered as welcoming drinks of guest's too. However a lots of benefits, if we put eyes on them. Coffee boost up our internal body metabolism to work properly while medically it beneficial against Alzheimer etc.
Moderate coffee drinking is safe, and three to four cups a day may have some health benefits. It found a lower risk of liver disease and some cancers in coffee drinkers, and a lower risk of dying from stroke - but researchers could not prove coffee was the cause.

Though this may not seem like a big deal, most people enjoy several cups per day, allowing these amounts to quickly add up. While here in Science some experts suggest that caffeine/coffee triggers or boost up a pharmacologic cascade that results in relaxation of cavernous smooth muscle, thus helping with ED. Furthermore, coffee is rich in erection-friendly polyphenols, and can possibly pump up testosterone concentrations, enhancing blood flow to the penis.

Consuming too much caffeine can lead to jitteriness, anxiety, heart palpitations and even exacerbated panic attacks. If you are sensitive to caffeine and tend to become overstimulated, you may want to avoid coffee altogether. Another unwanted side effect is that it can disrupt sleep.
Caffeine found in coffee, tea, soda, and foods can also place a strain on your kidneys. Caffeine is a stimulant, which can cause increased blood flow, blood pressure and stress on the kidneys. Excessive caffeine intake has also been linked to kidney stones.
